Update Brides

Due to some changes, I will no longer be London based. This is only temporary and I will still be available for my London Brides. Due to these changes, I will still honour no charge for London areas. So, as of September 2019 (until further notice), all Bridal Trials and Makeovers in London will take place in the comfort of your own home.

For mainland UK bookings, locations in London Zones 1-6 will not be charged for travel. Any travel outside these locations will be charged as follows: 20 miles outside LU7 will be charged at 0.50p per mile (roundtrip).

Do you charge for Accomodation?

Accomodation will only be required for morning setups before 8am outside 20 miles from LU7.

I’m getting married abroad, do you take overseas booking?

Yes, I do. For bookings outside of mainland UK, travel expenses will apply. Please email here.

How do I secure my wedding date/booking with you?

To secure a booking, I will need a retainer fee of £50 within 48 hours after the trial. Without this, your booking will not be confirmed and the wedding date will still be open.

The retainer fee is deducted from the final amount due.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made up to 12 weeks prior to the wedding date; the retainer is non refundable.

Once a booking has been secured with a retainer fee, any cancellations made within 12 weeks of the wedding date will be charged in full.

Cancellations can only be made via written email.

Payments for trial consultations are non-refundable.

Do I need a trial and why?

Yes, all trials for Brides are mandatory. Please go to Bridals in Services.

For bigger Bridesmaid bookings, a trial is advised for the Maid of Honour. This can ensure that the Bridesmaid look created is discussed and replicated for the other members.

Mothers of the Bride/Groom can request a booking if a specific look is required.

When do you advise to book a trial and Where will it take place?

You can book the trial from 6 months before the wedding. As of Sept 2019, trials in London will take place in the comfort of your own home. Any trials requested outside London will be charged travel fees.

When would an assistant be required for a booking?

An additional make-up assistant will be required for bookings over 6 people including the Bride. Should an additional make-up assistant be needed, an additional £100 will be charged.

I would like to book a Hair stylist through you. What is the procedure?

Should a hair stylist be requested, all services for hair will be dealt separately including trials, deposits, payments and cancellation policies.

What are your prices?

Prices will be sent separately after an enquiry is made.

Services are charged in full per person, however, I can accommodate any persons under the age of 16. The make-up service will be simplified and will exclude any lashes; Any make-overs including a full face of make-up will be charged in full.

What is your Saturday Booking policy for Brides?

I will only take bookings with a minimum of a Bride & 3 Bridal members for Saturday bookings. This is due to high demand.

Have you got Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, I do.

Do you advise Wedding Insurance?

Yes, most definitely. Should any emergencies happen, you are at least covered.

Will I expect any cancellations made by you?

I will always make sure I will be there for your most important date of your life! The only exception to this is in very rare circumstances and only in the serious cases of illness or immediate family emergencies.

If such circumstances occur, all efforts will be made to find a replacement make-up artist with the agreed look replicated including the same products used.

If no replacements can be made then all payments will be refunded to you.

Will I get a copy of the Terms & Conditions?

Yes, I will send out my Terms & Conditions after you have agreed to continue with the trial. This will need to be filled out and returned to me either before or on the trial date.

A payment agreement will be sent out after the deposit is made to secure the booking. After this, the payment agreement cannot be altered except for additional services

COVID-19

In the unfortunate event of your wedding being cancelled (due to government lockdown and/or restrictions) I am more than happy to discuss an alternative postponement date with no added costs! I understand that these times are unprecedented and I am fully supportive of every single one of my Brides.

I require every Bride to inform me of any displaying signs of Covid-19 at any point before the trial and wedding day including any other members having their make-up scheduled in. Failure to do so will result in me turning away from service and a charge will still be viable.
